2.  Using your order ID, click on the “File Upload” button on the top right corner of the homepage. Make sure your file adheres to the artwork guidelines and file upload guidelines then upload and submit.

Some things you need to keep in mind when you are uploading your file are:

1.  Make sure your file is one of the following: PDF, TIFF, JPEG, EPS, AI, or PSD.

2. The resolution must meet a minimum requirement of 100-150 dpi at 100%/ 200-300 dip at 50%.

3.  Check your fonts and convert them to Outlines/Curves before you submit or list all fonts used in the file.

4. Save your design in CMYK MODE.

5. Do not include important elements of your message or design on the edges of the banner, as they might get cut off, hemmed or grommeted.
